The Mothers of South Park, Colorado wage war with Canada after a Canadian comedy duo, Terrance and Phillip, come out with a movie that teaches their children "naughty language". Kenny dies and goes to hell. He meets a gay Satan and Saddam Hussein in hell. Satan will be able to raise up from hell and rule the world when Terrance and Phillip are killed. At the army show before the war, Terrance and Phillip are about to be executed when the Canadians come and start a battle. In the fracas, Kyle's Mom kills Terrance and Phillip. Stan comes up but then he kills Saddam and puts the world back to normal. Stan gets to go out with Wendy as well.
